Purposes of Processing
The data collected is used to assess, manage and respond to membership applications, including any subsequent contact with applicants.
Legal Basis
Processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and for compliance with ATLÂNTICA's legal and organisational obligations.
Retention
Rejected or withdrawn applications are deleted one year after the final decision. Approved applications become part of the applicable institutional relationship.
